This division of Hodgeco involves the planning and the layout of potential land developments, such as those for housing. We work the surveyors and and construction crews to ensure that what is established is of the quality our clients expect. White acres, which you can read about to your left, is a past example of this. The Dutch Acres project is a new project that we are working on, and when it is finished, we will post more information about it on this site.

White Acres

White Acres is situated on what were formerly farm fields in North Beaver Township, Lawrence County, PA. Two houses were constructed across the road from the farm house and buildings. This development is not like most new housing complexes, with houses situated close together, but rather there is a spacious distance between the two houses to fit the surrounding rural scene. Both houses have been purchased, and at the bottom left is a picture of one of these houses.
